Are you a full-service marketing agency or do you focus on specific areas (e.g., digital, branding, paid ads)?
No, digital marketing, paid ads, some creative/copy, seo diagnosis + small technical fixes (not content and backlinking at the moment), help create meta ads, google/paid search copy. Copy/creative testing A/B. Provide the digital strategy: tighten up branding, target these demographics etc
How often do you review and adjust strategies?
As often as is needed. We make adjustments to campaigns weekly, review based on tier of service, sometimes meet weekly, others monthly, based on what is needed.
Retainer based on the scope of work. Different tiers based on reporting cadence, how often to meet, and review reporting, how many channels want presence on. Don’t charge % of media spend. As your budget grows our fees don’t necessarily grow.
Are ad spend and management fees billed separately?
Your own credit card on file–charged directly on the ad spend. Just pay us for management fee. Transparency: you see how much is our fee and how much you’re spending on the adverts.
